Continues To Grow

HP chose Index as the Hardware Products Distributor in 1998.
After that day everything moved to an upper level. Developments that were believed and planned began to happen.

In the same year, the building in Gursel was finished and Index moved to its new destination. Despec Turkey was founded on 15 August with 50% partnership. Index stopped its production of consumables and Despec Turkey became the name of consumables within the group.

1999

Network...

On July 15th, the first logistics center of the company, Index Logistic Center (ILC) was founded.

On August 10th, the path to own the biggest network contract became a reality with Cisco deal. Thus, the story of becoming the largest actor in the Network industry began.

2001

On The Way To Leadership

On January 15th, a contract was signed with Compaq, which was the bestseller brand of PCs back then. It became the most important contract in those days following the one with HP.

On March 1st, Index acquired 50.5% shares of Datagate, which was highly successful in OEM products. On the same date, 94% of Netex was purchased, and thus the foundation of the company who was going to become the leader in Network industry was set.

2002

New Building

Index could no longer be contained in the building in Gursel and its logistics center, and it moved to its new building in Kagithane Cendere area on July 8th.
